Charity Staff & Volunteers Investor Accreditation

Charity Members have the opportunity to commission a thorough review of thier HR policies, staff development opportunities and volunteer management processes.

Charities demonstrating excellent standards across their staff and volunteer support and development processes achieve the Charity Staff & Volunteers Investor accreditation - a recognised quality mark to demonstrate excellence in staff team investment to both internal and external stakeholders. Charities with room to improve their processes to industry standards are supported to develop and enhance their existing policies with a view to achieving accreditation standards.

Included within the assessment process is confidential interviews with staff and volunteers, benchmarking of individual policies against industry standards and . a certificate is issued following satisfactory assessment which demonstrates that your charity has been evaluated and meets high standards in staff and volunteer investment, development and support.
